Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern the use of the platform and all provided services, features, and content. By registering or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

2. User Account

A user account is required for certain features. Users must provide accurate information, keep login credentials confidential, and must not share their account with third parties. Users are responsible for activities performed through their account.

3. User Content and Uploads

Users may upload or publish content such as files, images, descriptions, comments, and messages. Users represent that they are authorized to do so and do not infringe third-party rights.

By uploading content, the user grants the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide license required to operate the platform (storage, reproduction, public availability). This license ends when the content is fully deleted, unless retention is required by law.

4. Prohibited Content and Conduct

In particular, the following content or actions are prohibited:

• violate applicable law;
• infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other third-party rights;
• contain malware, harmful code, or abusive scripts;
• are abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or deceptive;
• endanger the platform’s security, stability, or availability.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

The operator may review, label, restrict, or remove content and may temporarily or permanently suspend accounts in case of violations of these terms or applicable law. There is no entitlement to publication of specific content.

6. Platform Availability

The platform is provided within technical and operational capabilities. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted availability, specific features, or error-free operation.

7. Liability

The operator is fully liable in cases of intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body, or health. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and to foreseeable typical damages. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

8. Termination and Deletion

Users may request account deletion at any time. The operator may suspend or delete accounts in case of violations or legitimate interests. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.

9. Changes to These Terms

The operator may amend these terms for the future, especially due to legal, technical, or operational changes. Material changes will be communicated appropriately.
