Prospect Properties Mega Package • 1.0

I have developed a custom modification for BeamNG.Drive, featuring a fictional real estate company named Prospect Properties. This concept is inspired by thematic elements from the film Vivarium, which I highly recommend viewing to gain insight into the narrative context surrounding the company and the enigmatic "Yonder" neighborhood.

The modification incorporates original design elements, including vehicle liveries and branding for fictional services such as "Occupant Clean-Up" and "Satisfaction Specialist"—all of which contribute to a unique, immersive in-game experience. These elements have been creatively adapted to align with the existing lore of BeamNG.Drive.

Within the lore of this modification, Prospect Properties is portrayed as a state-operated agency responsible for managing and maintaining residential communities and neighborhoods.

For optimal experience, I recommend using this mod in conjunction with the "Garfield Heights" map, available on the ModLand website.
